The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Solysia Energy SLU and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, the Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 , of January 15, Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

These modifications may be made, through their websites, in any manner admissible by law and will be mandatory during the time in which they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contract Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The availability of the products offered by SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU may vary depending on customer demand. Although SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the client could be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU will notify the client by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. Right of withdrawal, returns and claims :

without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen days. natural from the date on which the right to withdraw from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. 

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid problems during transportation, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received/s, we will check their status. As soon as we verify that both the item(s), as well as possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.

Payment refund :

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same payment methods used by the client, as long as it has not been provided otherwise. 

SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU may withhold the refund until the product has been received, which is the reason for withdrawal, or until the client provides proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.

Return of defective product :

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contract conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. 

SOLYSIA ENERGY SLU undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.

If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
